Working together on night shift, Gaurav once saved Aditi from a lizard, which led to a few laughs and them becoming good friends. Eventually, they started dating. After dating for almost 2 years they decided to get engaged.
Aditi has always been a girl who is extra excited about everything. So, she started planning everything even when the dates were not finalized. She wanted the event to be like a fairy tale where she should be the princess and Gaurav being the prince.
First, she started with the venue and decor and then arranged everything in sync with it, be it their dress or cake. She wanted to make sure that even a tiny little thing should have its own magic in her engagement.
Venue for the engagement was Wedding Villa, Noida, Bridal Makeup was done by Meenakshi Dutt.

Aditi wanted a gown in a pastel shade of pink or purple and she didn’t want to spend more than 50k on her dress so her search finally ended in Bombay selections.
Whereas she already had something unique and different in her mind for Gaurav. She wanted him to wear a 3 piece suit in blue shade. So for that, they went to a showroom in Kamla Nagar, Delhi named SM sons where they finally found a cool suit for him which was tailored and made it for him according to his size.
The most beautiful part of the engagement for them was when Aditi was performing on stage for Gaurav and he was very much emotional on seeing this, which she can never forget in her lifetime.
