#dhahinal Moments: Hinal & Dhawal

Dhawal is a Managing Partner with Sunshield biotech LLP which owns a brand of compostable bags, “Greenshield” – The compostable leaders in Mumbai and Hinal is a Strategic Account Planner with Dun & Bradstreet India.

They don’t think the heavens were prepared for a rendezvous of two of the most unlikely to be married individuals. They met through an arranged marriage setting and connected through their compassionate logic. Dhawal chose to meet Hinal, whom he summed up as a driven & individualistic person based on her “biodata.” Hinal decided to meet Dhawal, whom she summed up as someone who can hold an intellectual conversation with her.
When they met, Dhawal was convinced that the bold beauty with brains sitting across him was the one for him, while Hinal was convinced she couldn’t possibly meet anyone more receptive and fitting her wish list: “Looking for someone who is driven, individualistic, intellectually engaging and social.” This was the line which caught Dhawal’s attention.
They were attracted to each other’s personalities and vibe with each other’s thoughts.

Theirs is a story where logic triumphs over everything. They didn’t seem to have long conversations regarding Pre & Post Wedding. They were aligned that an unnecessary trend of Pre-wedding shoot was not meant for them. What they needed was them to appreciate each other and be there for each other. They believe in creating memories and living them to be cherished forever. Therefore they had decided upon having a pre-wedding weekend full of events.
As for the proposal, Hinal still awaits a formal proposal, but Dhawal has not bent the knee to his Khaleesi yet as he sticks to his position of The King in the North.

As fans of Sacred Games and connoisseurs of all things Indian, they chose a logo befitting their mystic personalities. From conceptualizing the logo that mapped their events to materializing the smallest of details in planning the wedding hashtags was handled by momentum spearheaded by the perfectionist groom, Dhawal. The theme for the marriage was “Sacred Marriages.” They had every event named in pure Sanskrit names & even décor was kept in mind to be according to the theme. Only white Wedding was a bit off theme as Hinal always wanted a white wedding and Dhawal couldn’t help but give her one.

Here are the fun names & details of their wedding events:

A crazy insane cocktail with choicest of liquor and liqueur being served by India no.1 bartenders Drinq. The hall hosting this event was in itself larger than life. The Wedding before the Traditional Wedding planned by the self-proclaimed King. A weekend in Rhythm, Lonavala was chosen out of a plethora of places visited and inspected by Dhawal & Momentum. Hinal gives advise to the brides to be, “You never have enough time. Do not even say that there’s time to plan. Be sure of what you want but be flexible enough to flow with changes. Let professionals handle your stress, employ the best in the business like we did, and they will ensure you enjoy your wedding planning process.
Helpful, forthcoming, good at advising even if it’s against what you want. Virag from momentum is the man we would vouch for. He is passionate about his job, and he becomes a part of your family for those days and also for the rest of the time. Everyone from the team is extra jealous and ready to make your wedding a memorable affair right from the word GO. Charmi & Munna are by far the best production designers we have met. We wish the team goodluck and advise people seeing this to book this team in advance directly. You’ll thank us later.”
Dhawal remembers, “My then fiancé wanted a dreamy white wedding with complete English setting. Hinal never asks for anything but this was one thing she always wanted, and she still didn’t ask me outright, but I knew it in my heart that I was going to fulfill it. I started the preparations with a recce of various properties and properties which will do justice to the event and grandeur around it. I finally chose rhythm to be the best-suited venue as it had it all a huge tree over a swimming pool. The moment I had seen the resort, I was sure this was the place to be. I also wanted my guests to have an all-suite experience; thereby this resort was the right choice as it has only suite rooms. Coming to the event again, I had personally been involved in the minutest of the details. I never let Virag sleep over this. The décor theme to the placement of the chairs or single flowers, how the bridesmaid and groomsmen would enter. I supervised every detail.
This event was a no non-sense traditional white wedding. There were speeches, and there were the couple vows. The event had only white wine and champagne served. The décor was all English colors and majorly lavender as Hinal dreamt it to be a little lavender.”
We wish this couple a lot of love & luck!
