Isn’t it like a dream to find your life partner in college? Not all dreams come true. However, in the story of Simrat and Maneet, the dream came true. Well, they met in college through common friends, started talking to each other became close friends, they didn’t even realize when they started liking each other and that they can’t live without each other and soon it turned out to be seven years of their relationship. Crazy right? Well, it is rightly said, ‘What is destined will take place, no matter how many obstacles come.’ Soon they decided to take it to a whole next level and decided to get married and tie the knot on 20th January 2019.

What is a better place than home to get married in? We grew up there, so many memories are there in every corner of the house. Our bride decided to do all the ceremonies at home and build more memories which will stay on the walls forever. Her wedding day reception was the only ceremony which took place in Sona Grand, and they took care of everything like a pro.

One thing what most of the makeup artists do is they try to make the skin tone look lighter, which is entirely wrong. Makeup is about hiding your imperfections and making skin flawless, not making you look like a ghost, and this concept is understood by Makeup and hairstylist of Ludhiana, Tanya Kaur. Our bride, Simrat loves her work. She gave her new look in every ceremony, for sangeet she gave her a beautiful Punjabi look accompanied with standard braid. For the wedding day, she kept the look very subtle and calm which went well with her pastel color lehenga and jeweler. Moreover, at last for her reception, she made it all about glam with dramatic eyes and maroon lip color.

For our bride, Kaleere has to go with the lehenga. Her lehenga was from Rimple & Harpreet Narula. She loves the bird pattern, and her eyes came across the peacock styled lehenga, and instantly she fell in love with the design, and she knew she has to buy it. So, she wanted her kaleeras to be of the same style, her mother is very creative, and she wanted one thing in her wedding to be designed by her mother, and she made her mother and masi design it which looked so beautiful. Also, she chose her shoes from the very best Sophia Webster.

Simrat’s love for choker is inexplicable, she wanted to wear choker set on her wedding day, and only Jagdish Jewelers from Chandigarh could make it possible and they did it perfectly.

Please let’s not make our Groom feel left out. His sherwani and shoes were designed by Panjab Bespoke, Chandigarh. His Chuni was from Banarsii Chuni with detailings of rose gold tilla, and his Kalgi was from Apala by Sumit. All of this combined made him look so lavish and smart.
We all see our Parent’s wedding DVD’s and one thought which comes in our mind is I will get married like this. For our bride, her parents got married at her mother’s paternal home, and all she dreamt was that her Anand Karaj would be at her home and her dream got fulfilled. The moment was perfect and full of emotions.

Lots of Love to this couple!
