Isn’t it funny how some people just set two people up, and those two people somehow feel a spark between them and they decide to vow for each other and spend their whole life together? In that case, this is the story of our Geetika and Kunal, a marriage arranged by their parents. Clueless about each other’s personality, yet they felt something when they met for a lunch date at Hotel Taj and had a conversation for about fifteen minutes and later on decide to get married.
Isn’t it a saying when you have blessings of your parents nothing can go wrong ever? Right, same way for Geetika and Kunal not only they themselves but also their parents were so sure that they are perfect for each other that in no time their Roka was done and with utmost excitement wedding preparations were started.
Like every other girl, Geetika also had a dream to have a fairy-tale wedding and to make her dream come true, from the entrance of herself and her groom to the designing of the decorations to makeup artists to the outfits she took care of everything and to no surprise everything turned out to be mind-blowing beautiful.
We are starting with the pre-wedding ceremony i.e., Engagement ceremony whereby the couples exchange the rings with each other, and it is considered that during this time not only rings get exchanged, but souls of each other also get exchanged. The invitation cards sent to the guests for Geetika and Kunal’s engagement day were unique and extraordinary. An outfit says a lot about a person; you can stand out with just one outfit. Thanks to Shantanu & Nikhil, our all-time favorite designers who with their unique designs made our Geetika look so stunning and classy and complimenting her more her Jewellery was from Champlala Jeweler, GK. Let us not forget our groom Kunal who looked so handsome in the outfit by Dhruv Sehgal.
Moving forward to Mehendi ceremony which was also planned by our bride who wanted this ceremony to be done outside but rain greeted them delightfully so with the help of everyone the event was shifted half inside and half outside so that plan could be executed to some extent and again to no surprise the ceremony was fun and fabulous. The beautiful details of Mehendi designs which made her hands look very beautiful. Her outfit matching the theme of the ceremony which was of Mehendi Color designed by Sikander Nawaz matched with her Floral jewelry from Malai Mandir Delhi, she looked so stunning that you could not move your eyes away from her.
In between all this, how could you forget the pre-wedding shoots? It is the most fun part of the whole wedding. For Geetika and Kunal they planned to do their shoot at Goa which turned out be most beautiful and memorable trip for them.
Sangeet, a ceremony where everyone dances, sings and enjoy themselves same was for them their sangeet ceremony was celebrated at Le Meridian, and our bride wore a dark blue velvet lehenga with golden work on it, her hair was left open with minimal amount of jewelry which literally showed that our bride is all ready to rock and roll on the day.
Moving forward with all these ceremonies you will not even realize, and the D-day is here, and you are going to get married. Their wedding venue was The Nitesh Kunj at Delhi the decor was entirely dreamlike, and for Geetika it was her fairy-tale wedding coming true.
Our favorite Sikander Nawaz handcrafted her bridal lehenga, a red color lehenga with minute detailings that were complemented by her jewelry, hairstyle, and makeup she looked like a queen, all eyes focusing at her as she walks down the aisle — not forgetting our groom Kunal whose outfit was also by Sikander Nawaz, Kunal looked charming and handsome who was ready to take his queen away with him.
In all her ceremonies Geetika looked so flawless and stunning all because of the professional makeup artist and hairstylist Ms. Gunnet Vridi & Jitin Rathore, who never fails to do the stunning makeovers in their own extraordinary ways.
