Saumya locked eyes with Shridhar in 2015, and never left his side since then. The stunning couple got hitched in Feb 2020 and got married in March 2021.
The wedding took place in Pune and Taj Blue Diamond, Pune witnessed this beautiful wedding in both Marathi and Hindu style.
Saumya wished to give her wedding a personalised touch, which was one of the most amazing parts of her day.
The haldi was held by the pool side, with yellows and blues going hand in hand. Saumya shopped for her haldi from Amaaya studio, Pune and went for an indo Western dhoti suit. Topped with a marigold theme and dwelling into the night with a western look she got from snushasilks. Whereas Shridhar went for a formal customised to suit from Raymond’s.
For the Hindu form of the wedding, saumya chose a look from the hooks of pallodofficial and Shridhar chose a sherwani from Raaya.
The jewellery worn on all the occasions were heirloom jewellery, Soumya was draped in pure gold from Tanishq and her ancestral jewellery which her maternal grandma wore years back on her wedding!
The decor of the Marathi wedding was adorned with fresh flowers provided by shamunsflowers and the evening of the wedding was set with an aura of pink and whites.
For saumya the best part of her day was looking at everything being executed properly and walking down the aisle with her bridesmaids!
