Abhay and Shilpi had the grand Indian destination wedding with 6 stunning ceremonies to celebrate their love – Sundowner, Sufi Night (Sham-e-Nazrana), Pool Party, Sangeet, Casino Night, Telbaan, Wedding & Reception. Starting with the ‘All-White’ theme sundowner at Nikki Beach, the couple rung in their wedding celebrations dressed impeccably in a white suit for the groom and a pouffy white gown for the bride.
The next event was ‘Shaam-e-Nazrana’ where the gorgeous decor of low-seating area and crystal chandeliers, the scent of ittar interspersed with mogras and rajnigandha, Qawali caps and gajras transported the everyone into another world.
The next morning and the third celebration was a Nautical-themed pool party where the crowd perfectly enjoyed the theme by opting for the quintessential blue and white shades. After a quick change, the couple and their friends and family decided to travel back into time with a ‘Great Gatsby’ themed Sangeet and a Vegas Style Casino Night. The glitz and glamour, endless food and drinks, and incredible dance performances kept everyone entertained well into the early hours of the morning.
The third day began with Telbaan with a ‘Sunflower’ theme since the color of the ceremony was to be yellow. Sunflower décor everywhere with yellow drapes created a bright environment. For their final (and main) two ceremonies, Shilpi and Abhay went with a ‘Vintage’ theme. Shilpi stunned the crowd with her over-the-top bridal entrance in a boat decorated with flowers. The multicolored floral arrangement with the pink-hued mandap was definitely decor goals! Abhay and Shilpi wore complementing pastel outfits. Reception stage decor was a garden styled floral decor illuminated with romantic lights that were full of vintage vibe.
