Shrishti and Shyamal met in March 2014 when they were colleagues. Eventually, they started talking to each other became friends. But soon Shyamal had to leave for Australia but before going he wanted to propose Shrishti, but things didn’t go as planned and she rejected his proposal. But they kept their friendship and maintained a long-distance relationship. When Shyamal came back to India after 1 year, Shrishti proposed to him on 8 November 2015. After dating for 2 years they informed their parents and they happily got Rokafied in December 2018.
They started preparing for the wedding one year prior to dates fixed for the wedding so that there are no last-minute preparations left. Shyamal and Shrishti took care of each and every arrangement and made sure that everything was perfect. They hired wedding planners from Connecting the Dots Events to make the arrangements. The location chosen for the wedding was Jim Corbett National Park.
Weddings functions for Shrishti and Shyamal started with Mehendi ceremony on the morning of 2nd November 2019 and in the evening they had the engagement and cocktail party.
On the morning of 3rd November which was the wedding day, they had the Haldi ceremony and in the afternoon they had the Pheras and at night a reception was held for all the guests at the wedding. The venue for the wedding was Tarangi Resort and Spa with just close family and friends.
The most memorable part of the wedding for Shrishti was when she walked down the aisle holding his father’s hand and saw Shyamal waiting for her with a smile on his face. She became very emotional when her father gave her hands to Shyamal.

Shrishti got her Mehendi dress from Bhumika Sharma while her wedding and engagement dress was from Asiana Couture Official. Shyamal got his dresses from Brahaan by Narains and Gujjral Sons.
