Kabir has lived in Australia his whole life but was always strongly connected to his Punjabi roots. That’s what attracted him about Anuroop that she too was also deeply in touch with her culture and religion. Though an arranged marriage, their love grew so much over time. In the end, they knew that they were meant to be together.
They understood that they became better humans in each other’s presence. Each conversation made them believe that their love was stronger and that they could achieve anything together. Love and marriage meant everything to them. And they truly believed that a larger divine force brought them together.
Kabir’s family was most excited to have Anuroop be a part of their family. Lovely as she is, it took no time for her to bond with his family. Likewise, Kabir seamlessly became a part of her life and family too. Anuroop and Kabir’s friends and family flew from all across the world to be a part of their big day.
The festivities kicked off with a picturesque pre-wedding shoot at the royal Neemrana Fort. During the shot, the couple was extremely comfortable with one another and so much in love that shooting them was super-easy and hassle-free. The photographer from Twogether Studios has taken some delightful pictures, high on creativity and uniqueness.
On both Mehendi and Haldi, the bride and groom were seen in different shades of yellow! For the Mehendi, the bride Anuroop wore a yellow lehenga replete with floral embroidery and ruffles on the sleeves. Kabir wore a white kurta and churidar paired with a bandh gala yellow jacket. The function witnessed a whole lot of dancing and some super-gorgeous clicks.
The Haldi was an intimate affair that took place at their house, with close friends and family. The couple had an Anand Karaj followed by a Hindu wedding.
For the gurudwara wedding, Anuroop looked stunning in a baby pink and grey lehenga, while Kabir complemented her outfit with a grey kurta and baby pink turban.
This was followed by a Hindu wedding, for which the bride wore a red heavily embellished lehenga, paired with Kundan jewelry, whereas, the groom wore a cream and rust sherwani.
